We are seeking a Trademark Registration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing trademark applications and registrations, with a particular focus on the Australian trademark system. As a Trademark Registration Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with protecting their brands and intellectual property rights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting trademark searches and advising clients on the registrability of their marks.

• Managing the preparation and filing of trademark applications with IP Australia.

• Advising clients on the trademark registration process and related IP law.

• Responding to office actions and handling disputes with the Australian Trade Marks Office.

• Maintaining up-to-date records of trademarks, renewals, and deadlines.

• Providing guidance to clients on trademark protection strategies, including local and international registrations.

• Assisting with enforcement actions related to trademark infringements.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Law, Intellectual Property, or a related field.

• Experience working in the area of intellectual property, particularly trademark law.

• Familiarity with the Australian trademark registration process and IP Australia.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
