Job Description: As an IP Attorney at LexGeneris, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and guidance on all aspects of intellectual property law. You will be involved in drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent and trademark applications, handling IP litigation, providing strategic advice on IP portfolio management, and ensuring our clients’ IP rights are protected.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, file, and prosecute patent and trademark applications.
• Advise clients on IP strategy, protection, and enforcement.
• Handle IP litigation matters and provide legal representation in IP disputes.
• Conduct IP audits and assist in IP portfolio management.
• Review and negotiate licensing and IP agreements.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in IP law and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent) with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law.
• At least 3-5 years of experience working as an IP Attorney.
• Expertise in patent, trademark, copyright, and other IP laws.
• Experience in IP litigation, prosecution, and advisory.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in IP Law (LLM) or other relevant certifications.
• Experience in handling cross-border IP issues.
