Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Intellectual Property Lawyers Perth to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This role will focus on advising clients on a range of IP matters, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and IP litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on IP matters to clients, including advice on patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and licensing agreements.

• Draft and review IP contracts, including licensing, distribution, and partnership agreements.

• Manage and protect clients’ IP portfolios.

• Represent clients in IP litigation, dispute resolution, and enforcement matters.

• Work closely with the legal team to ensure clients receive the highest level of service.

• Stay updated on IP law developments and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing.

Requirements:

• A Law degree and admission to practice law in Australia.

• A minimum of [X] years of experience in Intellectual Property law, with a proven track record in handling IP cases.
